Stone Brewing, established in 1996 and now part of Sapporo-Stone Brewing, is among the 15 largest breweries in the U.S., operating facilities in Escondido, CA, Richmond, VA, and seven taproom locations. We are passionate about our craft and legacy, seeking individuals who share this pride.

Position Overview

We are looking for an efficient, reliable, and passionate Seasonal Line Cook to support our Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens team from May to September. The role involves preparing hot food items, assisting in food presentation, and maintaining kitchen standards.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. (including tips)

Responsibilities
  • Prepare menu items focusing on locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain knowledge of portion sizes, cooking methods, and safety standards
  • Monitor and stock food supplies at line stations
  • Adhere to safety and sanitization practices
  • Contribute to a respectful and efficient team environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-volume kitchen prep and cooking
  • Current San Diego County Food Handlers card
  • Reliable transportation
