Prep Cook Responsibilities:

• Produce food items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• Display knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills
• Prep raw ingredients and recipes properly for service
• Follow standardized recipes, label, date, and store products appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at workstations
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures timely

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Use tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and effectively
• Stand and walk throughout the shift, including stairs and uneven surfaces
• Work in hot and cold environments
