Job summary
AdventHealth Orlando is hiring an experienced RN for a full-time day shift position. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families within a collaborative team.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing is required.
- RN license in Florida is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Acute care hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple domains.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
- Coordinate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document care activities accurately in the medical record.
- Evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient response.
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.
- Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication.
- Supervise and delegate care within the team.
