Job summary

Grow with AdventHealth East Orlando Campus. RNs provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care.

Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases through the Clinical Ladder; sign-on up to $12,500 and relocation up to $3,000 for eligible candidates. Requires RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS and Associates in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required (example text from ad)
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required
• Associate degree in nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
