Job summary

Sign-on up to $12,500 and relocation assistance up to $3,000 available for eligible candidates; requires 1+ year in acute care, RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, Associate degree (BSN preferred).

Qualifications

• RN license required

• 1+ year in acute care setting preferred
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological and psychosocial factors
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess regularly

• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication
