Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, FL seeks an experienced RN for full-time night shifts in a high-acuity unit. Grow professionally through the Clinical Ladder and take advantage of sign-on and relocation benefits where eligible.

You will assess patients, implement care plans, administer meds, educate families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate care. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN required for clinical ladder progression and ongoing development.
• Licenses: RN, BLS, ACLS required.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.
• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, mental, and social aspects.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans per standards and patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments with physician orders and safety checks.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes.
• Document accurately in the medical record and ensure quality care.
