Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time day shift. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop patient–centered care plans, and administer treatments per orders while ensuring safety and quality. You will educate patients and families to support recovery and adherence to care plans.

Candidate must hold an active Florida RN license, have BLS/CPR, and demonstrate strong teamwork. Sign-on incentives and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

RN with active Florida license
1+ acute care hospital setting experience preferred
BLS/CPR certification required
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient with standard hospital computer systems and EMR

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
