Atlas Healthcare Partners operates Banner Surgery Center – Camelback in Phoenix, a full-time RN role focused on perioperative nursing across preoperative, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient safety, and high-quality outcomes, with opportunities for professional growth and involvement in education and mentoring of staff.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing or higher.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if pediatrics.
• Minimum 1 year licensed RN experience in PreOp/PACU for Core/FT/PT.
• New RN enrolled in Perianesthesia Academy with completion within 4 months.
• PRN: minimum 2 years RN experience in PreOp/PACU.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and developmental dimensions.
• Formulate and implement an individualized care plan including discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate activities of the care team.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document care accurately in the patient record and ensure timely updates.
• Contribute to high-quality care through evidence-based practice and leadership within the facility.
