The position requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year in PreOp/PACU, with PALS within 90 days if pediatrics applies. The center offers a lucrative quarterly profit-sharing program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or higher.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days of start date if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
• Core (FT/PT): Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in PreOp/PACU.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans nursing care per policy and standards.
• Formulates a care plan with patient/family and health team input.
• Implements and coordinates care, supervising the health care team as needed.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises the plan of care accordingly.
• Documents assessment, planning, and evaluation in the patient record and communicates status to the team.
