Qualifications

• High school degree with advanced trade/vocational school training; Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years experience in educating and advising patients on self-directed behavior change strategies preferred.
• License in healthcare discipline preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains established department polices and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control policies
• Provide individual and group instruction in health related areas.
• Interacts with other members of the childbirth team
• Maintains professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, inservice meetings, and workshops.
