Qualifications

• High school degree with advanced trade/vocational training.
• Bachelors degree in a health-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience educating and advising patients on self-directed behavior change preferred.
• Healthcare license preferred.

• Maintain department policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Provide individual and group instruction in health-related areas.
