Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager for a major client in San Francisco. This 10-month, full-time role leads on-site operations and hospitality, owning the employee experience for the client’s office.

You’ll manage concierge services, vendor relations, and events while coordinating with facilities, IT, and security teams to keep the space at peak performance. Base salary is $85,000 with a $5,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in operations, hospitality, or experience management in premium environments.
• Vendor management, inventory control, and budget oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of hospitality and the first point of contact for employees and guests.
• Provide Admin/Concierge services including onboarding and mail/courier management.
• Support onboarding, visiting teams, executive visits, and coffee breaks for smooth gatherings.
• Respond to Slack requests with real-time, clear updates.
• Coordinate surprise moments and team-building activations.
• Manage all facility operations to ensure a flawless environment.
• Walk the space to keep rooms and desks ready and fix issues early.
• Reset workstations and meeting rooms and tidy spaces.
• Clean and replenish coffee machines and stock kitchen areas.
• Coordinate with client facilities, IT, and security teams as needed.
• Oversee vendors such as maintenance and supplies.
• Proactively manage inventory and budgets for office supplies.
• Execute a detailed daily Food & Beverage program.
• Plan weekly happy hours and monthly events.
• Coordinate monthly employee engagement activations.
• Boost presence on low-attendance days with activations.
