Job summary

84 Lumber Company is seeking an Area Premium Window-Millwork Specialist to manage sales and projects for high-end window and millwork products. You will build relationships with premium contractors and homeowners to drive sales and ensure specifications are met from initial consultation to quoting and ordering.

This full-time role requires travel to sites as needed, strong collaboration with brand partners, and a focus on accurate orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clad (premium) window selling experience.
• Advanced Window & Door Training program levels 1-3 completed after start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Help increase store margin % and gross profit on premium windows and doors.
• Significantly increase market share of premium windows and doors.
• Strive for the Perfect Order by reducing order-entry errors.
• Create stronger relationships with local manufacturing sales reps and build long-term trust and lead management.
• Take off, quoting, ordering, and checking acknowledgments for projects.
• Work with all clad brand partners and assist with window quotes on large complex commercial jobs.
