Job summary

84 Lumber in Lenexa, KS seeks an Area Premium Window-Millwork Specialist to drive sales and manage projects for high-end windows and millwork, from initial consultation to quoting, ordering, and fulfillment.

You will build relationships with premium contractors and homeowners, quote and order, coordinate field service, and work with clad brand partners to win large commercial jobs. This role requires 2+ years of premium window sales and strong customer service, with Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Qualifications

2+ years of clad (premium) window selling experience.
Completion of Advance Window & Door Training program levels 1-3 after starting employment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Increase store margin % and gross profit on premium windows & doors.
Grow 84’s market share of premium windows & doors.
Reduce order-entry errors to achieve Perfect Order.
Build long-term relationships with local manufacturing reps and maintain lead management.
Assist with window quotes and sales on large complex commercial jobs.
Coordinate off, quoting, ordering, and acknowledgments.
Support field inspections for product service needs with techs.
Collaborate with Divisional Premium Window Managers and store managers to target new business.
