Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $25.00-$28.00 per hour + Performance Bonus + Sales Incentives

We're looking for an enthusiastic Premium Wellness Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Irvine.

Unlike traditional retail or outbound sales positions, our customers already know who we are. They discover us through our website, online advertising, referrals, and online research. They contact us because they are actively considering a purchase and are looking for expert guidance.

Your role is to educate customers, build trust, recommend the right products, and help them make a confident buying decision.

Most sales are completed through phone, email, and live chat, with a limited number of customers visiting our showroom.

What You'll Do

As a Premium Wellness Sales Consultant, you'll work with customers who are already interested in purchasing our products.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of consultative sales or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn CRM and eCommerce platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

We believe outstanding performance should be rewarded.

Base Pay

$25.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Performance Incentives

• Fixed incentive paid on every qualifying sauna sold.
• Large monthly performance bonuses based on sales achievements.
• Additional incentives for top performers.

Expected Annual Earnings

• Average Performer: $70,000-$80,000
