• Reach out to leads using a CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and studio memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Ensure members feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility and turnover individual sauna rooms.
• Organize the facility's towel supply area.

• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
