beem® Light Sauna North Andover is seeking a friendly Wellness Sales Advisor to welcome guests, educate them on infrared sauna and red light therapy, and help them choose memberships or wellness plans that fit their goals. The role blends sales, customer service, and wellness in a modern, fast-growing company.

You’ll build lasting relationships, follow up with prospects, and contribute to a premier guest experience while supporting studio operations and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness or wellness.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional first impression.
• Educate guests on infrared sauna and red light therapy; explain memberships and services.
• Recommend memberships based on guests' wellness goals; follow up via phone, text, and email.
• Manage appointments, memberships, and retail sales; maintain guest notes.
• Support local marketing events and community partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Membership Sales & Guest Experience

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional first impression.
• Educate guests on infrared sauna and red light therapy.
• Recommend memberships and services based on each guest's wellness goals.
• Follow up with prospective members by phone, text, and email.
• Build lasting relationships that drive membership growth and retention.

Studio Operations

• Manage appointments, check-ins, memberships, and retail sales.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and follow-up in ourCRM.
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support local marketing events and community partnerships.
• Work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred

• Membership or commission-based sales experience.
• Experience withCRM software such as Mindbody or similar systems.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable entering and demonstrating infrared saunas up to 145°F.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning and daily studio operations.
