Zion Springs Estate in Hamilton, VA seeks a Wedding Experience Producer to own the full guest journey from contract to departure. You will plan, direct creative concepts, coordinate operations, and lead teams across décor, studio, entertainment, and hospitality.

The role requires 4+ years at a premium venue or full-service agency, proven leadership of creative vendors, and weekend availability. Competitive salary with uncapped production bonus and unlimited PTO.

• 4+ years producing events at a premium venue or full-service agency.
• Experience leading creative teams like floral, photography/video, and entertainment vendors.
• Experience owning guest communications and planning milestones.
• Proven coordinator or team leadership with weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete wedding experience from signed contract through departure.
• Plan, direct creative direction, and manage operations across all touchpoints.
• Lead hospitality, décor, studio, and entertainment teams as the single point of command.
• Coordinate client communications and planning milestones with the team.
