Parks Chevrolet Charlotte is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule appointments, greet customers at their vehicle, and guide them through the service process using e-Advisor and AutoPoint. You will perform walkarounds, present options, and communicate open recalls and promotions while maintaining accurate repair orders.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, estimating parts and labor, and coordinating with technicians to identify required maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional personal appearance.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Meet and greet customers at their vehicle.
• Utilize the e-Advisor tool on every vehicle.
• Perform proper walkarounds per SOP guidelines.
• Executes the service SOP at all times.
• Present soft sale menu items during write-up.
• Inform customers of open recalls that pertain to their vehicle.
• Utilize AutoPoint and ensure high usage.
• Deliver services with every customer.
• Update open repair orders daily.
• Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance using service history data.
• Advise customers on needed services and notify them of promotions.
• Compute cost of parts and labor to restore the vehicle.
• Enter itemized estimate and explain it to gain understanding.
• Track progress of repair/service orders and inform customers.
• Ensure re-delivery check of the customer vehicle for cleanliness and completion.
• Review customer satisfaction surveys with service manager.
• Establish positive relationships with customers.
• Meet dealership standards for repair/order production.
