Job summary

Autoplex Atlanta in the Duluth area is seeking a used car sales representative with showroom experience to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. You will engage customers, explain features, and guide negotiations to close deals, including arranging and joining test drives.

You will navigate contracts with guidance from management and finance teams, while maintaining a confident showroom presence and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are vital.
• At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary.
• Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management.
• High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence
• Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
• Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions
• Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
• Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
