Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Ticketing and Fundraising Specialist at University of Kansas to drive revenue through ticket and donation offerings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude.
• Serve as main point of contact for general athletic ticket inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Set and conduct in stadium, arena and out-of-office sales appointments.
• Use Salesforce CRM to record all client and prospect interactions.
• Aim to reach and exceed individual and team sales revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Offer a full menu of seating opportunities for Kansas Football, Men’s Basketball, and other ticketed sports.
• Coordinate and execute sales calls through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals.
• Identify and manage a portfolio of new prospects and existing donors to drive revenue.
• Report client activity using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Kansas Athletic Department to promote events and sales.
• Assist with administrative ticket functions.
• Engage donors and prospects through events, seat visits, and open houses.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current donors and season ticket members.
