Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Ticketing and Fundraising Specialist at the University of Kansas, on site in Lawrence. You will drive revenue through ticket and donation offerings, engaging donors and ticket holders, and prospecting new supporters.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to track interactions and work with Kansas Athletics and Legends to optimize premium seating and fan experiences. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude.
• Serve as main contact for general athletic ticket inquiries via inbound calls, email, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Offer a full menu of seating opportunities for Kansas Football, Men’s Basketball, and other sports.
• Coordinate and execute sales calls to prospects and referrals.
• Identify/manage donors to drive revenue through ticket and donation offerings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to record interactions accurately.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Promote and generate sales with Kansas Athletic Department staff.
• Assist with administrative ticket functions and special projects.
• Nurture donor/prospect relationships through events and meetings.
