Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Sales and Service Representative to drive revenue in premium seating at Kansas Athletics venues, including suites and club seating. You will cultivate donors and ticket holders, convert new prospects, and support season, group, and corporate hospitality packages.

Location: On-site at Kansas University. You’ll be part of a team focused on premium experiences, data-driven pricing, and seamless client service from first contact through renewal and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling high-value five- or six-figure deals in sports/entertainment preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings, presentations, tours, and client experiences to educate prospects on premium options.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, donors, and season ticket holders with long-term relationship-building.
• Serve as primary contact, providing high-level service throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Prospect and cultivate new business through leads, networking, and outreach to maintain a strong pipeline.
