Responsibilities include handling orders, processing payments, ensuring legal alcohol service, and supporting opening/closing procedures. Training and career growth are provided in a dynamic guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of full-service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Great communication skills for handling difficult situations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the theater and assist before service requests.
• Answer Plex Call System promptly to assist guests.
• Follow In Seat Dining procedures and upsell menu items.
• Guide guests through the menu and promotions.
• Assist with food and beverage service and ensure accurate input in POS.
• Handle payments correctly and limit disruptions during films.
• Operate alcohol service safely and escalate as needed.
• Input daily server paperwork accurately and timely.
• Verify age for alcohol and manage guest complaints.
• Assist with crowd control and seating when needed.
• Coordinate with management on theater projections and maintenance requests.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and participate in trainings.
