Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a guest-focused team member to provide exceptional service in our luxury cinema environments. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell promotions, and ensure smooth dining experiences in-theater. Training will cover safety, alcohol service, and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of full-service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
• Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues positively.
• Have integrity and can be counted on to the right thing.
• Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the theater and deliver courteous service.
• Answer Plex Call System on time to assist guests.
• Upsell menu items and promotions with knowledge of Cinepolis offerings.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell accordingly.
• Greet guests and say goodbye to guests whenever possible.
• Run food and beverages, buss trays and clean seats, supporting teammates.
• Input orders swiftly and accurately into the POS and check back with guests.
• Process payments securely and ensure smooth transactions.
• Monitor and enforce alcohol service criteria and involve management when needed.
• Perform opening, mid and closing procedures and assist with trainings and meetings.
• Maintain clean theaters during and after shows.
