Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant or catering environment; lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; food handling/alcohol permit may be required by regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork; ability to work with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication with clients and maintain relationships.
• Input pre-orders and manage BEOS system.
• Place food and supply orders with F&B management.
• Lead event setup of premium spaces and beverage service.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and guest satisfaction.
