Job summary
Golden State is seeking a results-oriented manager to drive growth at Chase Center, focusing on annual, packaged, and individual suite sales across Warriors, Valkyries, and concerts. You will build relationships with partners and generate new leads through proactive prospecting in a fast-paced environment.
The role reports to the Sr. Director, Premium Suite Sales and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in sports-sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or sports management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in ticket, suite, or sponsorship sales.
- Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas.
- Proficient at leading sales presentations and negotiations.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue goals including individual game, event rentals, and hospitality packages.
- Lead meetings with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Negotiate and complete contracts, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Build new prospects by cold prospecting and booking meetings with new clients.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
