Job summary

Golden State is seeking a high-energy Manager to lead relationship management for annual suite clients at Chase Center in San Francisco. You will own key accounts, act as trusted adviser, and partner with the sales team to drive retention and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in customer service or account management, with strong communication and organizational skills. Availability to attend Golden State games and events is essential, and Salesforce experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Service, Account Management, Hospitality or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ticketing platforms such as Archtics is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels of the company.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Willing to attend all Golden State games and Chase Center events to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of assigned customers.
• Contribute to meetings with clients to ensure objectives are understood and relationships are maintained.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with the sales team as appropriate.
• Accountable for long-term retention and satisfaction of premium suite clients.
• Administer updates and communications regarding Chase Center events and related games.
• Maintain detailed client records and update Salesforce profiles.
• Other duties as assigned.
