Job summary

Golden State in San Francisco seeks a high-energy Manager to lead relationship management for annual suite clients at Chase Center. You will serve as the trusted advisor to executives and administrators, driving retention and strategic partnerships while coordinating cross-functional efforts across events.

The role demands a white-glove service mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to attend games and events on weekends, holidays, and late nights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Service, Account Management, Hospitality or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ticketing platforms (e.g. Archtics) a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers
• Contribute to meetings with clients to ensure objectives are understood
• Identify opportunities for account expansion (upsell/cross-sell) and collaborate with sales
• Responsible for long-term retention and satisfaction of premium suite clients
• Maintain client records and update profiles in Salesforce
