Job summary

The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Part-Time Catering Event Supervisor to provide exceptional guest service and oversee set-up, service and clean-up of all catered events. You will supervise banquet servers and bartenders to ensure flawless execution and an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating service details, and managing events from start to finish in a fast-paced stadium environment. Serve Safe certification is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Serve Safe training/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class customer service to all guests at catered events and communicate special requests to management.
• Supervise banquet staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure event success.
• Execute catered events with attention to detail and guest experience.
• Set up catered events with care to meet department standards.
• Service guests in buffet, station and plated meal environments and maintain service standards.
• Ensure proper breakdown, cleaning, and storage of equipment and supplies after events.
