Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader to drive operational excellence and team engagement in our premium retail environment. You will translate On’s customer-centric approach into daily practice, autonomously while advocating for your team’s success.

You will own floor management, coach the team on Cloud CX, manage stock with forecasts, and analyze KPIs to enable positive change. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium/performance-driven brands.
Advanced problem-solving skills with systemic thinking to solve operational hurdles.
Proven ability to facilitate with technical or operational training for diverse teams.
High emotional intelligence with reflection and ongoing learning.
Authentic and clear communication, building cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance.
