Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader in Chicago to drive operational excellence and engage our premium retail team. You will translate our detail-oriented, customer-centric approach into daily practice, autonomously while championing your team's successes.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will optimize store workflows, manage stock and KPIs, and foster a culture of high performance and authentic service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium brands.
• Advanced problem-solving with systemic thinking to solve operational hurdles.
• Experienced in facilitating technical or operational training and coaching.
• High emotional intelligence with continuous learning to stretch limits.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnering across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance to reflect On's premium standards.
• Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy, setting the benchmark for customer-centricity.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and implement actionable changes.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training sessions as a development champion.
• Drive the store’s vision and foster trust and accountability within the team.
