Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail leadership or business management within a premium, community-focused, or high-growth global brand.
• Expert in customer-centric operations with a deep understanding of leveraging data and individual connections to build long-term brand loyalty.
• High emotional intelligence and composure with a professional commitment to empathetic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ultimate owner of the internal and external fan experience and capture customer data as a critical behavior for future success.
• Create business strategies that drive operational excellence, profitability, and team productivity.
• Partner and execute a comprehensive community engagement program to drive local brand energy with an elevated premium experience.
• Set the bar for excellence by overseeing in-store visual merchandising, product mix and premium operational execution.
• Lead and build an effective team by prioritizing strategic hiring for culture, coaching leaders, and delegating authority.
• Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence to support team well-being and performance.
• Plan and oversee training programs to deliver the WOW and master operations management topics.
