Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader to drive operational excellence and lead a premium retail experience. You will translate On’s detail-oriented, customer-centric approach into daily practice, autonomously while championing your team’s successes.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will optimize store workflows, coach staff on Cloud CX philosophy, manage stock, and push performance through data-driven insights and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments, specifically within premium or performance-driven brands.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with systemic, question-driven thinking to resolve operational hurdles.
• Expert facilitator with experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching to diverse team members.
• High emotional intelligence, reflecting on performance and pursuing new knowledge to grow professionally.
• Authentic, clear communication and relational intelligence to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance to reflect premium standards.
• Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy for customer-centric service in every interaction.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and implement actionable changes in store performance.
• Identify skill gaps in the Lead Store Advisor team and facilitate training on business topics.
• Drive the store’s vision and foster a culture of trust and shared accountability.
