Job summary

Levy Restaurants at M&T Bank Stadium is seeking a Premium Operations Manager to oversee all game day activations in the North Plaza, including Frank's Backstage, Talon, The Landing, and Flock Yard. You will manage FOH staff and serve as a liaison between front-of-house operations and back-of-house.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, strong computer skills, and a passion for hospitality.

• 2+ years in a food and beverage operations role.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food and beverage.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure North Plaza services exceed guest expectations.
• Present Levy premium services to guests while driving profitability.
• Develop location-specific food and wine knowledge.
• Lead FOH staff and liaise between FOH and BOH.
• Achieve daily sales, cost goals, and safety standards.
• Build strong client and guest relationships.
