Responsibilities

• Attend designated M&T Bank Stadium events and audit F&B operations readiness.
• Walk the stadium before events to ensure preparations are on track.
• Review operations docs to verify menu boards, queues, stock, and tech.
• Assist concessions during peak times by taking orders on handheld devices.
• Track wait times and guest experience variations during events.
• Generate detailed event reports from collected data.
