Job summary

Levy Restaurants at M&T Bank Stadium is seeking an F&B Operations Teammate to audit the presentation and execution of the stadium’s food and beverage operations during events. You will focus on readiness, timing wait times at concession stands, and ensuring accuracy of menus and queues.

This role offers exposure to industry professionals and flexibility to work event hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, live-event setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend designated events to audit readiness of the F&B operation.
• Walk the stadium pre-event to ensure prep pace and readiness.
• Review documentation for menu accuracy, queues, product availability and tech.
• Assist concessions during peak times by taking orders on handheld devices.
• Track wait times and guest experience throughout events.
• Generate detailed reports from data collected during each event.
