Job summary

Sleepare, a modern, high-end mattress showroom in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a personable sales professional to greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and close sales. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities in a fast-growing sleep industry.

Salary: $80K–$120K (depending on experience and performance), starting bonus up to $3,000, plus commission structure and a 401(k) plan. Weekend availability is required to support our busiest times.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers looking for their perfect mattress.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored sleep solutions.
• Close sales and meet/exceed monthly targets.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Work weekends and some holidays during our busiest times.
