Sunwise Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding team at Weatherford BMW. You will build world-class automotive retail experiences by assessing guest needs and guiding service department interactions to ensure satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication, car-technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a focus on premium customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Highline dealership preferred.

• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele.
• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service deartment.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance.
• Follow-up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick-up time.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions.

COMPENSATION:

The Service Advisor Position has a Monthly Pay Range of $3,399.07- $14,000. Pay Scale consisting of the following elements. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation and may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

• Monthly Pay Range: $3,399.07-$14,000/month. This position pays hourly plus monthly commission.
