Job summary

Soho House in Malibu is seeking a Part Time Server who can understand, discuss and educate members and guests on menu items and allergies, while delivering an elevated experience in line with Soho House Service Standards. The Server collaborates with FOH/BOH, enters orders into the POS, and provides attentive service to support guest satisfaction.

A successful candidate maintains a positive attitude, works under pressure, and helps drive guest experience while adhering to health and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solves problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Understand menu items and allergies and educate members/guests.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and coordinate with FOH/BOH.
• Support service staff and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
