Job summary

Vi Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive community sales, conduct tours, and follow up with leads from outreach events. You will schedule appointments, provide tours to prospective residents and family members, and manage assigned leads in the CRM to meet the community's sales goals.

Successful candidates have at least five years of direct sales experience with premium products, understand retirement living concepts, and can handle multiple projects with strong

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services.
• Top producer sales track record.
• Understanding of retirement living concepts preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone outs, schedule appointments and give tours to prospective residents and family members.
• Follow up with leads from local outreach events and prepare for sales counselor outreach.
• Engage in targeted REPS sales activity to focus on area needs (availability, re-energizing leads, demographics).
• Manage assigned leads and document in the CRM system.
