Job summary

Vi at Silverstone in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive community sales and move-ins. You will conduct phone outs, schedule tours, and follow up on leads while supporting outreach events to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct sales experience in luxury/high-end products or services.
• Ability to communicate a complex product and address questions/concerns during the sales process.
• Experience with CRM software; REPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone outs, schedule appointments and provide tours to prospective residents.
• Follow up with leads from local outreach events; schedule appointments and prepare for phone outs.
• Manage assigned leads and document in the CRM system; assist with events.
