Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Traveling Sales Performance Specialist to lead community sales and marketing, driving occupancy and revenue growth across the portfolio.

You will develop marketing plans, manage lead generation, conduct walk-in tours, maintain CRM (Yardi), and collaborate with regional teams to exceed occupancy goals. AZ residency and 10-days-on/4-days-off rotation required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in relational sales, preferably in senior living/hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales/marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and execute immediate marketing plans with leadership input.
• Grow and manage lead base; respond to inquiries remotely/in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue according to plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for potential residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Follow up with prospects and referral sources regularly.
• Maintain Yardi CRM accurately and timely.
• Foster high resident satisfaction through relationships.
• Represent the community at outreach events and tradeshows.
• Monitor inventory of promotional items and pricing for ads.
• Manage marketing budget and ads, directories, and events.
