Job summary

asmglobal in San Diego is seeking a Premium Seating Sales Executive to drive sponsorship recruitment, sales, and fulfillment under the Marketing & PR Manager. You will develop custom sponsorship packages, coordinate VIP experiences, and manage contract fulfillment.

The role requires relationship-building, proven sales ability, and proficiency with PowerPoint/Canva, Excel, Word, and Outlook. You will engage with nonprofit, corporate, and association partners, and represent asmglobal at industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and direct experience in sponsorship sales or related partnerships.
Proven ability to draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage fulfillment.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with PowerPoint/Canva and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment and fulfillment of venue sponsors and members.
Act as a sales generalist across sponsorships, premium seating, memberships and events.
Contact prospective clients to initiate the sales effort and generate interest.
Draft sales proposals and contracts for review by the Marketing & PR Manager.
Coordinate sponsorship and member fulfillment including signage, hospitality, and activations.
Attend industry trade shows and meetings as necessary.
