Job summary

Legends Global in San Diego, CA, seeks a Premium Seating Sales Executive to support membership and sponsorship recruitment, sales, and fulfillment under the Marketing & PR Manager. You will develop sponsorship packages, coordinate fulfillment, act as a sales generalist across sponsorships, premium seating, memberships, and private events, and prepare contracts and promotional materials.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a BA in Marketing/Business, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills,

Qualifications

• Direct experience cultivating relationships, drafting new business proposals, closing deals, fulfilling agreements, and organization of contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree either in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; strong Excel/PowerPoint/Canva and Google Cloud knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and foster relationships.
• Knowledge of documenting agreements and strong organizational skills; excellent written, verbal, and listening communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and fulfillment of venue sponsors and members; create custom sponsorship packages and attract new sponsors and members.
• Coordinate sponsor and member fulfillment including signage, hospitality, and activations; work with Finance to schedule and confirm billing.
• Act as a sales generalist across sponsorships, premium seating, memberships and experiences, and private event bookings.
• Contact prospective clients and organizations to initiate sales and establish interest in partnerships.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings as necessary.
• Develop strategy for private event bookings in premium spaces; lead premium sales for non-team events.
• Recruit prospective members and manage fulfillment including VIP experience and ticket bank fulfillment.
• Draft sales contracts and organize executed agreements in Excel; manage arena brochures and promotional materials.
