Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Premium Seating Coordinator to support the premium seating team through sales, activation, fulfillment, and client relationship management at the Casey’s Center in Des Moines, IA. You will assist in distributing premium seating tickets, coordinating event-day experiences, and selling premium seating while helping drive departmental revenue goals.

The role requires 1–2+ years of sales coordination, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales or sales coordination experience in sports/entertainment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Support Premium Seating and Partnerships from sales to activation and fulfillment.
• Conduct cold outreach to secure premium seating revenue from new and returning customers.
• Serve premium customers through newsletters, events, and direct contact; coordinate emails and content.
