Job summary

Legends Global at SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH seeks a Premium Sales & Service Manager to drive revenue through premium seating sales and related assets. You will develop and execute strategies for seasonal and multi-year agreements, as well as single-event rentals, targeting corporate clients and individuals and leveraging your proven sales track record.

The role emphasizes guest experience, collaboration with Home Office and arena teams, opportunities for growth, and responsible for delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in sales and service industry.
• Experience in entertainment or high-value environments preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling annual and event-specific premium seating.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for premium sales and renewals.
• Target corporate and individual clients; cultivate new business and maintain accounts.
• Ensure KPIs are met and contract procedures are followed with Finance.
• Produce sales reports and support Premium clients with ticketing needs.
• Provide event credentials and manage Premium inventory tracking.
• Maintain premium spaces presentable for guests show-by-show.
