Qualifications

Minimum five years in a sales and service industry.
Experience in entertainment or high‑value, high‑touch industries preferred.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and present sales decks.

Responsibilities

Sell annual and event suites, club seats, and lounge tickets for SNHU Arena.
Guide budgeting processes for premium sales to maximize opportunities.
Produce sales reports and ensure KPI targets are met.
Coordinate with Finance for proper invoicing and contracting procedures.
Provide ticketing support and handle customer service inquiries for Premium Clients.
Ensure clients receive event credentials in a timely manner and that premium spaces are presentable.
