Legends Global at SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH seeks a Premium Sales & Service Manager to drive revenue from premium seating—suites, lounges, clubs—and manage client accounts.

You will develop strategies to win seasonal and multi-year agreements and single-event rentals with corporate and individual clients. The role demands a proven premium sales track record, strong negotiation, and exceptional client service, with a collaborative, growth-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in sales and service, preferably in entertainment/high-value industry.
• Proven ability to upsell and negotiate long-term contracts.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth via premium seating sales (suites, clubs, lounges).
• Develop and execute strategies for seasonal and multi-year agreements and single-event rentals.
• Target corporate and individual clients and cultivate new business.
• Maintain existing client accounts and ensure high-level service.
• Measure KPIs and ensure alignment with company initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance for accurate invoicing and reporting.
• Provide ticketing support and credentials management to premium clients.
