Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a proactive liaison for SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH. You will serve as the primary contact for Premium Clients, coordinating with the venue hospitality team and Finance to ensure smooth ticketing, invoicing, and contract processes for each event.

Exceptional communication and strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple events, maintain client relations, and deliver outstanding service under tight schedules. Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Premium Clients and Ticket Holders and the venue hospitality team.
• Act as initial point of contact for Premium Clients’ needs, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with Director of Finance to oversee distribution of invoices.
• Provide ticketing support to Premium Clients.
• Assist in customer service-related inquiries.
• Create and distribute Premium Seating contracts.
• Ensure event credentials (tickets, parking passes) are provided ahead of each event.
• Maintain tracking documents for premium and partnerships.
• Prepare suits for premium clients on a show-by-show basis.
• Assist with marketing materials and website updates.
